Finding cute and trendy clothes for your baby girl is fun but also stressful. Here are some tips that you could keep in mind when styling your girl!
1. Comfort over style.
You want your child to look nice and put together. Kids love to play! Make sure that they can run, jump, and climb and do the playful things that they love to do. Avoid clothes with a lot of ties, buttons, bows, and flimsy poorly-stitched flourishes. Design details like buttons can easily fall off or go missing while your child plays or in daily washing. When you keep this in mind, you'll be able to relax your mind completely free of fear that they'll rip tear or stain their outfit.
2. Match your kids' outfit to the correct season / occasion.
Perfectly match your child's dress with the correct weather. If it's time for summer, then let them wear a tropical inspired dress! If it's winter, hence it's time for coats. Accessorize them as well corresponding to the season. This will make their outfits trendy and cool!
3. Let your child have input.
While it’s tempting to think of them as your “little dolls”, let your kids participate in what they wear. By just asking questions of “Which blouse would you like to wear today? This one or this one?” Making decisions at this stage is very empowering and builds their confidence. It also makes them proactive in their morning routines. Children begin to develop their sense of style very early on, so don't be surprised if they will refuse on your picks.
4. Accessorize, but carefully.
If you like wearing caps, hats, sunglasses then why don't you let your kid try it as well? The trendiest kid is the one who has cool accessories. Let them wear a cute pair of sunglasses or a baby hat for their heads! Just take note that don't accessorize small kids with necklaces or bracelets that they might tend to swallow or hurt themselves while actively playing.
5. Go for bright colors!
Green, red, orange, blue, pink and yellow look perfect to them! You could always check out our store for various designs and style that your child could adore. Match a blue plain dress with a pink headband or bow together with a pair of blue doll shoes!
